In their Night Porter role, youll be responsible for listening, motivating, guiding and advocating for their customers youll be helping to provide opportunities for a more independent and better life. Their Night Porter role will enable you to support adults through helping them to gain a sense of identity & confidence.

* Location: Sleaford HRS - 81 Eastgate, Sleaford

* Salary:Up to £22,932 per year (based on a 100% FTE of £24,242.20)

* Contract:Permanent / Part-Time

* Your week: 35 hours p/week

This is what your day will look like as our Night Porter:


1. Build and maintain relationships with individuals and external agencies to encourage general wellbeing and social interaction.

2. Offer assistance to thier customers and other colleagues, including telephone support, monitoring of CCTV via remote view.
