Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Human Resources (HR) Manager to support our client for a contract engagement in Atlanta, Georgia. This role requires an individual with extensive expertise and a deep understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and leadership development. The position involves managing a team of HR specialists and contributing to the overall employee experience and organizational success. This role will be onsite 3 days a week in their office near the Braves Stadium, and will be remote 2 days a week. At this time we can only consider candidates who have previously managed other HR team members for this role; we cannot consider individual contributors for this client.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee a team of three HR specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including analysis and ongoing improvements.
• Drive corporate recruiting efforts, ensuring positions are filled with individuals who possess relevant experience.
• Update and maintain the employee handbook to reflect current policies and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement leadership development tools to enhance managerial capabilities.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives that support retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and HCM systems to manage HR functions effectively.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in human resources, including managing HR teams.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting, and leadership development.
• Proven ability to manage and guide a team of HR professionals successfully.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and HCM systems.
• Experience in maintaining and updating employee handbooks.
• Expertise in fostering employee engagement and retention strategies.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a collaborative approach to leadership.
