About the Role * The salary for this role is from £42,707 - £50,096 Commission Car/Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension. What will I be doing? * Lead, mentor and build a team of inside sales representatives. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to exceed targets. * Streamline sales processes and ensure efficient administration. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise lead generation. * Foster a positive team culture and drive motivation. What are the requirements? * Proven track record in inside sales or related roles. * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
