You will specialise in carrying out repairs and maintenance on small and large scale jobs, to our customers' properties.

The Roofer role:
We are committed to your safety, happiness, and support. Therefore, health and safety are paramount in all responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
* You will be responsible for undertaking roofing repairs and renewal works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work, and torch-on felt repairs. Ability to undertake some brickwork repairs is desirable.
* Building relationships and effective communication with the scheduling team, tenants, and line managers are essential.
* Work safely and in compliance with health and safety requirements.
What will you bring as a Roofer?
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Roofing.
* Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable.
* Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
* Professional and considerate conduct, especially when working in vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings.
* Possession of a full UK driving licence, with access to a company van.
