The Role

1. Lead and develop the Music department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Plan and deliver engaging, challenging Music lessons in line with the national curriculum.
3. Inspire students through a broad and creative Music curriculum, encouraging participation and achievement.
4. Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and interventions where necessary.
