Annex 21 - As a trainee your pay is determined as a percentage of pay for qualified staff, in accordance with Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change terms and conditions so you will be paid 60% of the top of Band 3 salary in year 1. Duties as a Maintenance Assistant may include: Work to NHSL’s Health and Safety and Technical Policies and Procedures. Diagnose and repair minor faults on engineering and/or electrical equipment.
