Key Recruitment are currently recruiting for permanent Production Assembly Operatives to work for our world leading client based in Bordon. The role: To carry out production activities including soldering, mechanical assembly, wiring, and product testing in line with build documentation and quality standards. The role contributes to the timely delivery of high-quality electronic products, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: * Perform soldering tasks including through-hole and surface-mount components, ensuring IPC standards are met. * Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components as per build instructions. * Carry out wiring and cable harness assembly following schematics and wiring diagrams. * Ability to follow written work instructions. * A keen eye for detail. * Ability to maintain a high level of concentration. * Ability to distinguish colours. * Must possess good manual dexterity and have a good level of literacy and numeracy. * Must be able to cope with working in different areas of production e.g. PCB assembly, general assembly, surface mount, coating, flow solder and test * Ensure shop floor is kept clean and tidy at all times.
