Allied Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allied Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team. The ANP will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Allied Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
2. Right to work in the UK
3. References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
4. NMC Registration
5. Overseas Police Check, if any
6. Indemnity Insurance
7. Up-to-date CV
8. Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
9. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
10. Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medications, performing procedures, and providing patient education.
11. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms.
12. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
13. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and mentoring as needed.
14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
15. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discussions on patient care and treatment plans.
16. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and optimise patient outcomes.
