Administrator | Customer Service | Fully office-based | Maternity cover I am working with a client who are seeking to recruit some experienced customer service advisors. This is a fast-paced, high-performing team. You will be required to handle inbound calls with confidence and care, taking swift and accurate payments while ensuring 100% recovery for our clients – every single time. What You’ll Be Doing: Taking inbound calls and securing payments with professionalism and empathy Delivering a positive outcome for every customer interaction Accurately entering data and updating systems in real-time Working closely with a supportive team and learning from the best Staying sharp with ongoing training and development What You Bring to the Table: A confident, clear, and friendly phone manner Ability to handle high call volumes without breaking a sweat Experience resolving customer queries and complaints Strong attention to detail – accuracy is everything Solid Microsoft Office skills A cool head in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role is essential.
