We are offering a Support Time and Recovery Navigator role in the Practice Plus Group Health in Justice service, expanding into non-Custodial healthcare. This is a person-centred role aimed at assessing individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements and directing them to the most appropriate channel.
As a Support Time and Recovery Navigator, you will be involved in the daily support of people across the Liaison and Diversion Service to encourage engagement and help them navigate through the Criminal Justice System. The role supports access to the full scope of identified health needs, including substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), mental and physical health, homelessness, learning disabilities, exploitation, safeguarding and social care issues.

Salary
This position is full time and fixed term, working 37.5 hours per week. Salary £28,247 to £32,346 depending on experience.
Hours
Service covers 8am – 8pm (37.5 hours per week).
This role is 1 year fixed term contract.
Requirements
