Those Huge Small Victories
Our teachers are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in young people, celebrating these small wins. While there are ups and downs, and sitting through a lesson can be a big achievement for some, these "huge small victories" collectively make a significant difference.
Get out what you put in
You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role is to support their learning, development, and self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, but the rewards of these victories will make your efforts worthwhile.
It can be challenging, but positive progress makes it worthwhile. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you'll receive support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals. Our colleagues are highly skilled, our school environments are well-resourced, and we are committed to supporting your career development.
