We are seeking a motivated Associate Solicitor to join a dynamic Medical Negligence team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career by working on complex medical negligence matters within a reputable and growing firm. The team advise clients who have suffered as a result of medical accident, misdiagnosis and/or negligence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a complex caseload of client matters with limited supervision.
2. Achieving the firm’s fee targets and assisting in mentoring and developing junior team members.
3. Delivering legal services cost-efficiently for both clients and the firm, utilising technology to enhance performance.
