This development will consist of 470 units, a mix of houses and apartments – 50% timber frame and 50% traditional build, along with being Consortium Lead on the land building alongside one other developer. This will be a unique and challenging development with ground remediation, overhead powerlines to deal with, logistical challenges, and extensive infrastructure, services and roadworks. Your team will consist of a Project Manager, Site Manager, 2 Assistant Site Manager’s, a Trainee Site Manager, 3 Labourers, 2 Forklift Drivers and Several Gateman.
