Your role involves maintaining restaurant facilities, including outside landscaping, painting, varnishing, parking facilities, and performing non-electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for organizing, accepting, and rotating our food products.
Successful candidates will be confident in liaising with external contractors and the restaurant team. You should understand the importance of high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. Maintaining high energy levels and working efficiently and productively are essential qualities.
In this fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will support the restaurant management in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and the building in excellent condition. You will coordinate with external contractors to ensure repairs are completed with minimal disruption to customers. As a key team member, you will work collaboratively and demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards inside and outside the restaurant.
