Qualified Nursery Practitioner, Level 3
Be Me Day Nurseries Orient Close and Ridgmont Road are operated by the Kent Family. We are an Ofsted rated Outstanding family run business who provide childcare for children aged 3 months – 5 years.
Requirements for Qualified Nursery Practitioner, Level 3
Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant or Practitioner or Early Years Educator.
· A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
· Commitment to delivering a high level of childcare and customer service
· Excellent personal presentation standards
· Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
· Fluent in English both verbally and written
· Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business, this is a full-time position working 40 hours per week across 5 days or 36 hours across 4 days.
Responsibilities for Qualified Nursery Practitioner
· Working effectively in partnership with other team members, parents and outside professionals
· Preparing and creating exciting and engaging activities based on the children's interests and age/stage of development
· Writing regular observations and assessments of the children's learning and development
· Supporting the children in their health and care routines such as meal times, sleep time and nappy changing
· Ensuring that the children in the nursery are safe at all times and being vigilant for signs of abuse or neglect.
· Completing regular training to progress personal and professional development.
