Home Care Assistant
Based in Calderdale.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour.
Hours: 4/3 shift pattern, 7am-1:30pm & 3pm-9:30pm.
Areas Covered: HD6, HX1, HX2, and HX3.
No experience necessary – paid training and induction provided.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
Support individuals in Calderdale to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
* Supporting medication and meal preparation.
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
* Providing companionship and emotional support.
Qualifications
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care and support.
* A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* No experience necessary; candidates come from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
