We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Craigavon facility in Northern Ireland.
About The Role
This role provides engineering support to assembly and manufacturing departments. Key accountabilities include:
* Planning and implementation of Manufacturing related projects within given timescales
* Continuous improvement of Assembly processes
* Root cause analysis and implementing of Safety and Quality improvements
* Provision of Engineering support to Production departments
* Implementation of Engineering changes from Design into Production
* Highlighting and implementation of health and safety, quality and productivity improvements
* Inventory Integrity
* Liaising cross-functionally within all departments
Knowledge Required
Candidates should clearly demonstrate how they meet the following essential criteria:
* Candidates due to graduate in Summer 2026 are welcome to apply
* Educated to HND/Degree level (or working towards, to be completed Summer 2026), with a minimum of 1 year's Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (experience gained through industrial placement will be considered)
* Alternatively, we will consider candidates who hold an HNC with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Working knowledge of all relevant Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) plus 3D modelling or AutoCAD experience
The Following Criteria Is Desirable
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Proficient in the use of 2D CAD
* Experience in any of the following: Engineering changes / Line design changes / Production support
