The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially driven, hands‑on Head of Sales with a SaaS sales background to lead and scale a B2B sales function as the company accelerate growth in the UK. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for accelerating revenue growth from a digital platform.
You’ll take advantage of a well‑defined opportunity, with strong product‑market fit alongside growing demand for digital skills. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll shape the go‑to‑market strategy, manage major client and partner relationships and help unlock ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage key customer relationships and take personal responsibility; acting as the senior commercial contact for high‑value and enterprise‑level accounts.
* Lead, coach and performance manage a growing team of Business Development Executives, developing growth mindsets within a conversion culture.
* Own and optimise revenue across a portfolio of digital products; targeting priority market segments.
* Exceed ambitious targets for a SaaS product.
* Develop strategic and commercial partnerships, identifying new revenue streams and routes to market.
* Report confidently at a senior level on pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue forecasts, providing market intelligence and making accurate recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to maximise lead generation, helping to shape and execute a joined‑up go‑to‑market strategy.
* Use HubSpot CRM effectively for goal and pipeline management, reporting, and sales workflow optimisation.
* Represent the company externally, attending events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings to build brand visibility and influence.

Essential Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience successfully leading and scaling B2B sales teams, ideally within a SaaS or digital services environment.
* Experience selling to public and private sector, navigating mid length sales cycles with varied buyer personas (HR, L&D, Ops, IT, C‑Suite).
* Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver against revenue targets, with a strong grasp of pipeline development and forecasting.
* Strong understanding of solution/consultative selling techniques
* Skilled at coaching and developing salespeople, fostering a high‑performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
* Comfortable managing high‑value client relationships at a senior stakeholder level.
* Highly proficient with Hubspot CRM or similar.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
* Self‑starting, commercially‑minded, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving scale‑up environment.
* Confidence in data‑driven sales leadership, using metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
* Demonstrated understanding & ability to contribute to broader product, marketing and organisational strategy
Desirable (but not essential) Requirements
* Experience implementing or scaling a SAAS business to achieve multi‑million revenues.
* Demonstrable experience strategising, owning and successfully implementing sales strategies that delivered results.
* Welsh speaker.

* Basic salary of £65,000-£70,000 per annum (negotiable depending on depth of experience)
