At Little Kickers, we run football classes for pre-school kids aged 18 months to their 7th birthday. Our mission is to provide a fun, positive introduction to sport in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
The Role
Little Kickers West Midlands is actively looking for a new Office Administrator. If you are an experienced and dynamic office administrator looking to work flexibly to meet business and personal needs, we'd love to hear from you.
Education
* Business Administration
* Sports or franchise industry experience (preferred, not essential – a willingness to learn)
Skills
* Excellent IT Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Proficiency in using computerised business systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Duties to include:
* working on manual and computerised business systems
* answering and fulfilling telephone enquiries from customers and staff
* office based venue administration and checks
* staff onboarding and compliance
* financial administration and record keeping
* distributing stock and supplies to the wider coaching team
* dealing with and filing paperwork
* timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer
* marketing and class promotion
* other general office administration duties as required
* foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development
Experience:
* Proven experience in administration or a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Apps (including Google Meet/ Teams and Drive), software applications for project management and data analysis
Essential:
