Tyneside and Northumberland Mind is a charitable organisation affiliated with the National Mind Organisation, offering mental health support services across Tyneside and Northumberland. As part of the local Mind Network, the organisation is dedicated to supporting community mental health and wellbeing with a range of services, programmes, training and awareness raising.
Role Description
This part-time, permanent, hybrid role as an Autism & ADHD Wellbeing Worker is based in the Gateshead area with some remote work needed.
Following the success of our pilot Gateshead Autism and ADHD Adults Service we are expanding and recruiting an individual to work alongside our existing wellbeing team to deliver the neurodiversity service, as well helping ensure services are accessible, add value and continue to build on the continuous learning made in the services initial launch.
As Tyneside and Northumberland Mind’s Autism & ADHD Wellbeing Worker you will also support within the wider wellbeing service activity, manage the administration and maintenance of our client relationship management system and support in the delivery of essential reports. You will also facilitate wellbeing groups in the wider organisation, support wellbeing events and play a key part in the creation and delivery of the wellbeing strategy.
