KeyResponsibilities:
Respond promptly andcourteously to customer inquiries via phone email live chat or ourticketing system.
Meet and exceed service targetsestablished by the business ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction.
Utilise our internal ticketingsystem to log and manage support requests accurately adhering toour Quality Framework guidelines.
Assist customers withtechnical or billing queries providing thorough diagnostics andresolving issues promptly.
Determine and requestservice credits when applicable effectively managing customerexpectations regarding value and resolutiontimelines.
Initiate the addition of charges tocustomer accounts following fault resolution if deemednecessary.
Take ownership of complex issuesmanaging them through to full resolution while maintaining apositive customer experience and keeping customers informedthroughout the process.
Place orders forreplacement routers or equipment ensure timely fulfilment andarrange shipment to customers.
Respond toengineer requests for provisioning and troubleshoot or escalate anyerrors asneeded.
Requirements
* Apersonable and articulate individual who excels at building rapportwith customers and colleaguesalike.
* Minimum of 1 year ofexperience in a customer supportrole.
* Minimum of 1 year ofexperience in a technical support role or a demonstrable backgroundin techrelated interests oreducation.
* Willingnessto work in a telephonebased environment on a rotating basisincluding weekends and bankholidays.
