* Registered Officers Hearing Impairment (ROHI)

Job responsibilities
You will be responsible for achieving positive change and improved outcomes by supporting the team. Plus, we work closely with our PCN teams to ensure integration of services and support.
You will also contribute to the development of knowledge and promote excellence in social care using evidence-informed practice. You will utilize sophisticated, critical reasoning, and facilitate reflective and evidence-informed practice, applying a range of tools to provide innovative and appropriate solutions to support the team.
Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
* Degree level qualification in relevant Health or Social Care field
* Professional registration with a recognized body (e.g., Social Work England or HCPC)
Experience (Essential)
* A sound understanding of national policy, legislation, and guidance in Adult Social Care, including Intermediate Care, Short Term Interventions, mental capacity assessments, and deprivation of liberty decisions.
