Role Description
This is a full‑time based in Surrey and Manchester.
The primary responsibilities will include managing residential properties, overseeing property maintenance, liaising with property owners and residents, and coordinating with contractors for repairs and improvements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations, handling inquiries, and preparing necessary reports and documentation. You will act as the first point of contact for property‑related concerns while ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience in property management, facility administration, or residential management
* Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with residents, owners, and contractors
* Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property regulations
* Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Proficiency in relevant property management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong financial and budgeting awareness in the context of property management
* Qualifications in property management or a related field are a plus
