Plant Supervisor – Concrete Production Location: Bicester Salary: £31,000pa Benefits Contract Type: Temp to Perm Hours: 48pw including Saturday 7am - 10am Are you ready to lead from the ground up? We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Plant Supervisor to take charge of concrete production at our site. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing daily concrete/mortar production to meet customer expectations. Ensuring plant cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency. Managing stock levels and inspecting incoming materials. Leading by example in health, safety, and environmental compliance. Operating the batching plant and front-end loader (FEL) to company standards. Supporting continuous improvement in plant utilisation and site presentation. What We’re Looking For GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities. Experience in plant operations or a similar industrial environment is a plus. Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
