Care and Support - Willowbrook Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join our close-knit team. This full-time role provides specialist support for residents living with dementia and mental health needs in a warm, supportive environment.
What We Offer
* £12.21 per hour
* Contracted to 40.25 hours per week

Your Role
* Support residents with day-to-day routines, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
* Follow individual care plans, provide emotional and social support, assist with meals, mobility and personal care.
* Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment; work closely with nurses, housekeepers and fellow carers to ensure residents feel respected, heard and cared for.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Care Assistant.
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred.
* Genuine passion for care with a commitment to delivering a high standard of support.
* Team player with strong communication skills and a kind, reliable approach.
