What do we look for?
* Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie is preferable.
* A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
* Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
* Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
* Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
