We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Personal Tax Manager
to join a growing tax team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied portfolio of private clients, including business owners, landlords, and high-net-worth individuals, providing a combination of tax compliance and advisory services.

You will work closely with senior colleagues, supporting clients with a range of complex tax matters while also contributing to the development of the next generation of tax professionals.
Your responsibilities as the Personal Tax Manager will include: Providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a broad range of private clients. Advising on remuneration planning, including share incentive schemes. Supporting clients with capital tax planning, including inheritance tax and trusts. Working on property tax projects and advising on related tax issues. Providing guidance on international tax matters where required. Coaching and developing trainee tax professionals to help them become accomplished business advisors.
To be considered for the role of Personal Tax Manager, you will: Hold an appropriate professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Have experience working within a private client or personal tax environment. Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships. Enjoy developing people and have a track record of coaching and supporting others.
