A leading compliance consultancy, specialising in asbestos and health & safety, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their expanding team in Kent. Due to continued company growth, they are creating new opportunities across the region and are keen to hear from P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyors looking for their next move.
Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

Carry out asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment & demolition) across residential, commercial and industrial properties
*
Take bulk samples and liaise with accredited laboratories
*
Produce accurate, detailed survey reports based on findings
*
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service
The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:
*
BOHS P402 (additional P403 & P404 is a huge bonus!) or RSPH Level 3 equivalent
*
A full UK driving licence with a flexible approiach to travel
*
Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying procedures
*
Good understanding of asbestos legislation and H&S requirements
*
Confident IT and numeracy skills, ideally with experience using TEAMS or similar software
*
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
