Job Description New Business Sales Executive We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic New Business Team Member to join a dynamic team. The main responsibility of this role is to make outbound sales calls and book appointments for field-based Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telesales and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. Benefits Competitive basic salary of £25,800k PLUS a realistic OTE of £40k (uncapped) 20 days holiday initially, increasing each year by one day to a maximum of 30 days Additional bank holidays Workplace pension and attendance bonus Company bonus Bupa Employee Assistance Programme Responsibilities Making outbound sales calls to potential customers and qualifying new leads Actively pursuing lapsed customers and identifying opportunities with them Fact finding and establishing new client information Communicating with the Field Sales Team and updating leads in the database Booking qualified meetings for BDM's.
