Compliance Administrator - Temporary Play a key role in keeping our standards high and our people compliant! We are pleased to offer an internal opportunity to join SaferHandCare on a temporary basis for approximately 6-8 weeks, supporting our team with a key compliance project. This role is ideal for someone with previous compliance or administrative experience who enjoys working in a detailed, process-driven environment. £14 per hour Ideally Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, however flexibility can be considered. Length of contract will last approx. 6-8 Weeks The Role: You will be responsible for reviewing and updating compliance records for our existing temporary workforce, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Methodically working through compliance checklists for each staff member Updating our management system with all required documentation Identifying and resolving gaps in compliance records Obtaining and verifying references from previous employers Reviewing CVs to ensure they are comprehensive and consistent with application forms Checking and recording training certificates and overseas police checks Communicating confidently with staff, clients, and external contacts via phone and email Requirements: Has experience in compliance administration or a similar detail-focused role Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and can confidently identify inconsistencies or anomalies Is organised, methodical, and able to manage their workload effectively Is confident and assertive when speaking with external contacts and chasing information Has strong IT skills and is comfortable working across systems Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high compliance standards within SaferHandCare, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment If you are interested, please apply directly or contact Hannah Kirk on 01782 438115 (option2) to find out more.
