Job Description
3. Handling inbound queries and providing updates to the customer.
4. Making outbound calls (no cold calling) to existing customers qualifying leads and booking sales meetings with the sales team.
5. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
6. Support promotional activities and upsell products where appropriate.
7. Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Advisor should have:
9. Previous experience in a customer service or sales setting role.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
11. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
12. Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
13. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
