Salary: Competitive Location: Culham, Oxfordshire Contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Closing date: 08/05/2024 The Role This is an opportunity to join the Central Archive Team that provides a key service for various sites within Eurofins Forensic Services. Performing a variety of day-to-day tasks associated to the retrieval, archiving and destruction of casefiles. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Store, retrieve and archive casefiles. Carry out general filing and archiving of other documents. Maintain & update electronic records for the archive utilising specialist software. Maintain records of file movements between sites. Ability to assist with queries and issues relating to archiving. Work according to Health and Safety requirements. Work according to Quality requirements. Liaise with end users in a professional manner. Qualifications Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills Experience of complex filing or archive system preferred. Exhibit excellent levels of attention to detail, accuracy and reliability. Good organisational skills. Display a proactive and flexible attitude. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Customer focussed. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English Additional Information Due to the highly sensitive nature of the work, applicants should note that security clearance is required for this role. To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK. Security clearance is undertaken by a third party to police personnel vetting standards, as such any criminal convictions may prevent you from gaining security clearance.
