To assist the network prescribers in achieving evidence based, costeffective and high quality prescribing Lead on the management of the prescribing budget, prescribing initiatives, QIPP, and prescribing elements of QOF, Manchester Standards and GM quality and medicines management targets. Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to the network practice clinicians, nonclinical staff and patients as required, in order to promote safe and effective use of medicines Review, develop, implement and quality assure the safe and efficient prescribing processes, including Repeat Prescription management
