Employee Relations Specialist, Leeds
c£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Employee Relations Specialist ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for an HR professional with strong ER expertise to join a dynamic professional services organisation on a short-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and restructures.
* Partner with managers and HR teams to ensure ER cases are handled effectively, fairly, and in line with legislation and company policy.
* Support change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of ER processes.
* Ensure documentation and case management is handled to a high standard and in a timely manner.
About You:
* Proven experience managing complex ER cases in a fast-paced, professional services or corporate environment.
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
* CIPD qualification (desirable).
