We are currently partnering with a high‑growth Data & AI consulting firm delivering impactful transformation programmes for global enterprise clients across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Automotive.
They are hiring for a Sr. Manager / Director – Analytics Consulting based in London.
Responsibilities
* Lead digital transformation initiatives powered by Data, AI, and advanced analytics
* Define and implement data strategies for enterprise clients
* Drive solutioning and pre‑sales efforts, supporting proposals, pitches, and deal shaping
* Build and manage CXO‑level relationships across global clients
* Lead cross‑functional teams including GenAI engineers, data scientists, and application developers
* Oversee delivery of solutions across GenAI, Big Data, BI (Power BI), and cloud‑based applications (React, etc.)
* Identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Qualifications
* 9–15 years of experience in Data, AI, or Analytics Consulting
* Strong technical understanding of Big Data, AI/ML, and modern data ecosystems
* Proven experience in solutioning / pre‑sales / enterprise sales support
* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Experience managing end‑to‑end consulting or transformation programmes
* Strong team leadership experience (multi‑disciplinary teams preferred)
