The HR Path, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both in terms of human resources and tools (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, to offer them global support in developing their HR strategy.

* ADVISE: Support clients in transforming their HR function through redefining HR organization and digitalizing HRIS.
* IMPLEMENT: Carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) as a partner of main market providers.
* RUN: Offer payroll outsourcing services leveraging our global payroll expertise.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions, build client relationships, and understand their needs. Responsibilities include coaching junior consultants, participating in all project phases, and supporting business growth initiatives. Flexibility and willingness to travel are required.
YOUR PROFILE
* Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management
* Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions
* Ability to design and challenge HR solutions aligning with client needs
* Skills in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, testing, and training
* Experience in facilitating customer workshops and preparing documentation
* Follow Workday Methodology for solution implementation
* Strong team player with leadership qualities
* Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
* Experience with 10 Workday project cycles is preferred
* Workday Core HCM certification
