Job description
Job Purpose:
The role involves collaborating with managers, tutors, and support staff to ensure appropriate measures are taken to support students and apprentices effectively and ensure that every intervention is accurately recorded and monitored. In addition, to work closely with the safeguarding team to meet students' and apprentices' welfare and pastoral needs. Also, establishing partnership links with support agencies ensures that students and apprentices receive the best possible support.
Salary: Support Scale 5, SCP 19-22 (£23,339 - £25,479) per annum
