Quality Lead
Location: East Surrey College / John Ruskin College
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 5 pm
Salary: £38,179 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Lead to support the delivery of high quality provision across Orbital South Colleges.
Working closely with the Head of Quality and Exams, the postholder will drive quality assurance and improvement activity across all provision types, with a key focus on leading and coordinating Higher Education (HE) quality, compliance and enhancement. This includes working with validating universities, awarding bodies and the Office for Students, strengthening student voice, and supporting curriculum teams to meet regulatory expectations and sector best practice.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to develop efficient systems and processes that enhance quality, innovation and the student experience.

The successful candidate must have:
* A Teaching qualification
* Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
* Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum
* Experience of quality assurance including lesson observation
