Join Our Team as a Casual Support Worker - Positive Behaviour

£13.59 per hour
Hours:
As and when required; shifts vary between 7:00 am and 12:00 am, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis). Sleep-ins are compulsory and paid at £50 per sleep.

Driving Requirement:
A full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.

Who you will be Supporting
Supporting a young man with autism who values kindness, humor, consistency, and compassion. The individual enjoys quirky interests like pets, fossils, animal skulls, and Lego. The role requires building trust, understanding his needs, and supporting his independence and social activities.
Essential Criteria
Experience in at least two of the following: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Trauma-Informed Care, Autism and Learning Disabilities, Resilience.
About You
Someone who enjoys making a difference, with a calm, caring, and resilient nature. Must have a manual UK driving license and be comfortable driving alternative vehicles.
