Location: Kingsbury, Tamworth
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Hours:
* Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
* Friday: 07:00 - 12:00
The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join our client based in the Kingsbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder looking for an immediate start.
Job Role
* TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals
* Preparing and following cutting lists
* Finishing cut materials ready for welding
* Marking up materials accurately
* Carrying out quality control checks
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate welding equipment
* Inspect welds for cracks, defects, and surface quality
* Work from and interpret technical drawings
* Ensure all work meets high-quality standards
Requirements
* Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel, aluminium, and metal)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
