Job Description
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the property department.
4. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
5. Deliver training and guidance to staff on HSE best practices.
6. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to HSE activities.
8. Collaborate with management to develop and improve HSE policies and procedures.
9. Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards.
10. Support audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
11. Proven knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
12. Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
