Family First provides Early Help Assessment, Interventions, Support, and Review to children and families who need Targeted Interventions. This highly professional team aims to improve outcomes for children and families in Knowsley. As part of the Early Help and Child Protection Service, the Team Manager plays a vital role in ensuring high standards of practice. The Manager ensures workers know their children well and have high aspirations for them. The Team Manager will lead continuous service improvement and contribute to the learning culture within the team. A nationally recognized professional qualification relevant to the service, including knowledge of children and young people’s development, family dynamics, and casework models of intervention (e.g., Social Work, Health, Teaching), or equivalent experience, is essential.
