They are looking for deputy manager for their store in Guernsey. The deputy manager is responsible for delivering a strong customer experience, hitting targets, building a positive environment, maintaining high standards across the store and upkeeping the visual merchandise of product. The individual will need to have food/FMCG experience. You will be sales-driven, commercially focused, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have strong communication skills, be able to handle challenging situations and be a hands-on leader. You will be team-focused and enjoy a collaborative environment. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000.
