We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Advising on equality/discrimination matters, employment tribunals, redundancy, restructuring, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
* Managing client meetings and leading complex negotiations.
* Reviewing and drafting contracts.
* Negotiating settlements, supporting clients through their cases, and managing your own caseload.
* Providing top‑class legal advice where required.
* Supervision and line management with a commercial focus on chargeable hours and billing.
Qualifications
* Experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals.
* Extremely proficient within Employment law.
* Experience in redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
* Background in supervision and/or line management.
