Location
Permanent role in the Bio‑Resource Department at Yorkshire Water, covering the North area (Bradford & York). Successful candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Esholt WWTW.
Work type
Average 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. After initial training, participation in an operational out‑of‑hours standby rota is required.
About the role
Product & Process Technical Optimiser (PPTO) is accountable for the process performance of specified E&R sites, including STW, STF, and recycling operations. The role coordinates and optimises wastewater compliance, sludge throughput, and sustainable recycling at each site, providing the site operations team with process expertise, training, and support to deliver operational excellence
