Job Introduction
The Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager will drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across the bank. They will establish and lead the Agile CoE, serving as the hub for Agile best practices, training, coaching, and mentorship.
The role is crucial in enabling teams to increase the pace of change and deliver value more effectively, while maintaining a robust controls environment for Agile teams. The Agile CoE Manager will also line-manage Scrum Masters, fostering team cohesion and supporting their growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Establish and lead the Agile CoE, developing its vision, mission, and strategy.
* Define and implement the Agile adoption roadmap.
* Design and deliver training programs and workshops to build Agile capabilities.
* Improve IT change processes for Agile governance, ensuring understanding and embedding by teams.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
* Implement Agile tools and processes aligned with the bank’s strategy.
* Champion Agile transformation and advocate for cultural change.
* Collaborate with IT Change Governance to communicate Agile change processes.
* Lead and manage the Scrum Master team, overseeing recruitment, performance, and development.
* Promote adherence to the bank's risk management and compliance policies.
