As a UI designer, you will be one of theguardians of the overall user experience of our product. Your primary focus will be on creating visually stunning interfaces. Collaborating with the product development team, you will contribute to designing new concepts for flows and functionality to enhance our core product.
Join us in designing a new, innovative design system and setting guidelines and best practices that will streamline collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders. To enhance your design skills and improve your work, you will closely collaborate with the design lead and the entire design team, receiving different types of feedback. Conducting user tests and interviews with focus groups, you will validate and refine your designs. Additionally, you will have full access to our analytics tools, empowering you to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:

* Extend and establish a comprehensive design system.
* Create easy-to-use templates and inspiring guidelines.
* Visualise concepts and solutions through sketches, prototypes, and blueprints.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, deeply passionate about white space and shades of color palettes and understands how thoughtful design can make a UI both intuitive, clean, and enjoyable to use. We firmly believe that how a product feels is just as important as how it looks.
* You are at the beginning of your career as a designer, whether you have a few years of experience or you have just graduated.
* You can confidently communicate in English.
* You should be familiar with the design tool Figma.
* You feel comfortable participating and leading workshops.
* We’d love to see your portfolio — whether it’s personal or professional projects (ideas, prototypes), volunteer work, or assignments — that showcase your creativity and how you approach improving user experiences of responsivewebsites or apps.
It’s a plus if you:
* Understand how to use a Design System
* Have led workshops outside of school/assignments
* Have been volunteering in a design organization, or volunteering in general.
