Role: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Group Managing Director
Location: Home based with occasional travel to Swansea HQ (*Preferred candidate to live no further than 1.5 hours commute from Swansea)
Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong PPC and SEO expertise to lead our marketing team and drive multi-channel growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
* Build and execute marketing strategies across digital channels.
* Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn).
* Own SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical improvements.
* Oversee website performance, keyword research, and content optimization.
* Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and external partners to support growth.
Requirements
* Marketing experience with proven PPC and SEO skills.
* Experience managing and mentoring a team.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Search Console, and PPC/SEO tools
* Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder skills.
* Track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
Nice to Have
* Experience with CRM or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot).
* Knowledge of CRO and multi-channel attribution.
* Google Ads or SEO certifications.
