Role Overview
As an Oracle FCCS Consultant, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of client projects — from gathering requirements and supporting solution design to configuration, testing, and go-live support. Working closely with both finance and technical stakeholders, you’ll help deliver solutions that streamline consolidation and reporting processes while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the design and configuration of Oracle FCCS solutions tailored to client consolidation and close requirements
* Support the development of application components such as metadata, data integrations, consolidation rules, and financial reports
* Participate in workshops, testing cycles, and training sessions alongside client teams
* Contribute to project documentation, configuration audits, and post-go-live support
* Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads to ensure deliverables are met with quality and consistency
* Build working knowledge across the Oracle EPM suite, with opportunities to support tools like Planning and ARCS over time
What You’ll Bring
* Experience (or strong academic grounding) in finance, accounting, or systems implementation
* Exposure to Oracle FCCS or related consolidation tools (for junior candidates: a clear desire to grow in this space)
* Understanding of financial close and reporting processes, including intercompany eliminations and group reporting
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in working with data models and reporting structures
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally
* Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus (not essential for junior level)
* Familiarity with Oracle Smart View, EPM Automate, or other Oracle Cloud tools is a bonus
