Job Title: Healthcare Assessor
Location: Sunderland
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: up to 27,500 including on call plus bonus

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who:
* Is passionate about putting people first
* Has at least 1 year of experience working in community care
* Has good organisational and time management skills
* Has a good understanding of CQC regulations
* Has superb communication skills to build relationships with clients and their care team
* Would benefit from an NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Has a full valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle
Responsibilities
* Developing care plans and risk assessments
* Overseeing the safe administration of medicines
* Undertaking observations, spot checks and Quality Assurance
* Completing and updating care records on in-house systems
* Assisting the Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care service
* Manage on-call duties on a rotating basis
